Dog Park Rules

• NO OUTDOOR SHOES: Please bring a clean pair of shoes to wear on our training floor.

• Leash Policy: Keep your dog on a leash until securely in the training area.
 

• Age Requirement: Handlers/owners must be 18 years or older.
 

• Familiarity: All dogs in a group must know each other, either from the same home or regular playdates.
 

• No Children in Dog Park: Children can view from our mezzanine but must be supervised upstairs by an adult at all times.
 (We have a small play area with toys and books and movies.)

• Cleanup Responsibility: Immediately clean up after your dog using the provided supplies, including lifting mats to address underneath.
 

• Active Supervision: Actively supervise your dogs at all times; use a crate or pen if you're in the bathroom.
 

• Secure Gates and Doors: Ensure all doors and gates are securely closed at all times.
 

• Follow Staff Directions: Comply with all directions given by staff.
 

• Financial Responsibility: You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your dog or yourself; proper supervision prevents destructive behavior.
 

• Aggressive Dogs: Aggressive dogs are allowed; aggressive humans are not. Inform us of your dog's aggression for proper precautions.
 Please muzzle aggressive dogs when entering and exiting the building and training area if your dog is muzzle trained.  Make sure we know ahead of time of any reactivity or aggression(to people or dogs) so we can take adequate safety precautions - clearing areas of dogs or people etc. Safety is our Priority!

• Behavior Management: If you or your dog misbehaves, you may be asked to leave.
 If you misbehave - you will definitely be asked to leave!

• Limited Facility Access: No public access to other parts of the facility, except for the bathroom and supervised children watching from upstairs.
 

• Staff Assistance: Staff members assist with entry/exit, water bucket maintenance, but are not responsible for dog supervision.
 

• Bring the fun!: Please bring some of your dogs favourite toys to play with while they are here.

• Agility Equipment and Toys: Available on request. Keep in mind you are financially responsible for any damage you dog may cause to our equipment.   

• No Alcohol or Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited in the facility and our outdoor play yard.
 

• Waiver & Release: Everyone entering our builidng must sign the Waiver & Release agreement prior to using our facility. 

• Share your Wisdom: Please make sure all human dog park guests booked under your reservation are well aware of these rules.

• No Exceptions: Strict adherence to these rules is mandatory.
 

• Have Fun! :) Enjoy your time at our private indoor dog park!
